Delivery Information
UK Deliveries:
Royal Mail delivers all orders within the UK, and the online system automatically calculates the charges at checkout.
Free Delivery on £65+ orders
If for any reason we cannot deliver your order, we will contact you within two working days. You will receive an email from us with details of when your delivery is due. Should you not be at the address to accept your order, please provide an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to accept it on your behalf.
At the time of delivery, you will be required to validate with a signature, accepting delivery of the products, after which the products become your sole responsibility. You will be liable for any additional charges incurred in the completion of delivery or the returning of goods, because of incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you. If circumstances beyond our control result in your order being returned to us as 'undelivered' or 'not collected,' you will be responsible for all re-shipping costs.
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or should you feel it necessary to return an item, you may cancel the contract for this purchase by contacting sales@schoolbagsonline.co.uk within 14 days of delivery of the items to you. You should then return the relevant item to us in its original packaging to: SchoolBagsOnline (W1), Unit 22 Rampart Road, Greenbank Industrial Estate, Warrenpoint Road, Newry, Co Down, BT34 2QU.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective, or we have delivered the item to you in error or as a substitute. You should return the item to us in its original condition.
Once we receive the item back, schoolbagsonline.co.uk will refund the price paid by you for that item. If the item is defective, we will repair the item or supply you with a replacement.
JanSport Lifetime Guarantee
JanSport’s policy is to repair backpacks that they deem are covered under their lifetime warranty. You can send your bag back to JanSport at JanSport Warranty
Alternatively, you can return it to us washed, with your full contact details and we can return it on your behalf. The repair takes approximately 2-3 weeks. As soon as it’s complete, we will contact you with the Royal Mail tracking number. P&P will apply.
